BBVA Selects Ripple for Institutional Custody Services to Serve European Clients

Spanish banking giant BBVA has partnered with Ripple, the company behind cryptocurrency XRP, to provide institutional-grade custody services for Bitcoin and Ether. This move follows BBVA’s recent announcement of its retail trading and custody service for these assets. BBVA will leverage Ripple’s institutional-level custody platform to power these offerings for its customers.
