ARK Invest Doubles Down on BitMine Holdings with $284 Million Investment

Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest has significantly increased its stake in BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), an Ether-focused firm chaired by Tom Lee, adding a further 101,950 shares worth approximately $4.4 million to its holdings across three of its ETFs: the Ark Innovation ETF, the Next Generation Internet ETF, and the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF. These holdings now total 6.7 million BitMine shares valued at around $284 million. This follows a pattern of increasing investment in BitMine which started in April when they began accumulating Ether as part of their treasury strategy.
