Cathie Wood Invests $373 Million in Circle Post-IPO

Investment firm Ark Invest, led by Cathie Wood, has significantly boosted its stake in Circle after the company’s recent IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Ark Invest injected an estimated $373 million into Circle, acquiring a total of 4.5 million shares. The investment was spread across three of Ark’s actively managed exchange-traded funds (ETFs): ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF, with each ETF receiving portions of the newly acquired shares.
