SEC Meets with BlackRock, Crypto Groups to Discuss Future of Staking ETFs

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) held two closed-door meetings in April focused on the future of regulated crypto exchange-traded products (ETFs). Meetings were conducted with BlackRock and representatives from the Crypto Council for Innovation’s Proof of Stake Alliance, exploring potential regulations around staking structures.
