NYDIG Acquires Crusoe’s Bitcoin Mining Operations

Financial technology company NYDIG has announced its acquisition of Crusoe’s Bitcoin mining operations, including their Digital Flare Mitigation service. This move is subject to regulatory approval and completion of the transaction process. Upon finalization, approximately 135 employees from Crusoe will join NYDIG’s team, continuing their work under the NYDIG umbrella. Notably, this acquisition will not result in any job losses. NYDIG has expressed its intention to continue operating and investing in the future growth of this business.
