Grayscale Files for Solana ETF Listing on NYSE

Grayscale has submitted a registration statement (S-1) to the SEC, seeking approval to list its Grayscale Solana (SOL) Trust exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The new ETF will trade under the ticker symbol ‘GSOL’ and hold spot SOL as the underlying asset. This filing follows Grayscale’s plan to convert its existing Grayscale Solana Trust into an ETF, submitted in December 2024.
