Bybit Makes Strategic Changes: Delists Contracts, Closes Web3 Platforms and Launches New Risk Management Tool

Crypto exchange Bybit has announced a series of strategic adjustments including the delisting of RIFSOLUSDT and BLUEUSDT Perpetual Contracts on April 7th, 2025, along with the shutdown of its Web3 NFT Marketplace, Inscription Marketplace, and IDO product pages. Trading for these contracts will cease entirely on April 7th, at 9:00 AM UTC. All open positions will be automatically closed based on average index prices from the preceding 30 minutes. Additionally, users have been advised to take actions regarding their positions before the deadline. The firm is also discontinuing its Web3 NFT Marketplace (Inscription Marketplace) and IDO product pages, leaving these platforms inaccessible on April 8th, 2025 at 4:00 PM UTC. Bybit suggests traders explore alternative platforms like OpenSea, Blur, Magic Eden for ETH Chain and Element Marketplace or Mintle for Mantle Chain for their NFT assets. Users will need to take action regarding inscription assets before the deadline, as it is advised to use Unisat and Magic Eden for this purpose. For Bybit Web3 IDO participants with airdropped tokens in Bybit Web3 Cloud Wallets, they should transfer them to seed phrase wallets or private key wallets to maintain access. Bybit also launched Equity Trailing Stop, a new automated risk management tool, which integrates with trading bots to monitor trades 24/7. Traders can set stop levels between 5% – 99%, dynamically adjusting take-profit and stop-loss for disciplined, emotionless trading.
