LayerZero Acquires Stargate Finance: $120M Deal Reshaped by DAO Approval

Cross-chain protocol LayerZero has completed its acquisition of the multichain bridge Stargate Finance for a substantial $120 million in ZRO tokens, with 94% of the Stargate DAO voting in favor. The merger signifies the merging of these two projects, with ZRO becoming the official token of both protocols.
