XRP Spot ETFs: Issuers Take Advantage of SEC Dismissal

Seven major financial firms have updated their spot XRP ETF filings following the dismissal of the long-running legal battle between Ripple Labs and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The updates, coinciding with the final decision, are seen as a positive signal for regulatory approval. Bloomberg analysts predict an 95% chance of approval by October.
