Grayscale Files Spot XRP ETF Application, Seeking SEC Approval

Grayscale Investments has taken a significant step toward mainstream adoption of XRP by filing a Form S-1 for a spot XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This action follows the resolution of the SEC v. Ripple case, which saw favorable legal developments for Ripple Labs. Six major asset managers have also contributed to this effort.
