DOJ Revokes Developer Prosecution Policy: What it Means for the Crypto Industry

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced a significant shift in its approach to regulating cryptocurrency developers. This change marks a departure from years-long enforcement actions that targeted individuals for using their applications, regardless of intention or lack thereof. The DOJ will no longer prosecute software developers unless they are actively aiding illicit activities.
