Verb Technology Company, Inc., formerly known as Verb Technology, has officially rebranded to Ton Strategy Company and announced a substantial increase in its treasury assets. According to company disclosures, their total assets now exceed $780 million. This includes $713 million in TON tokens and $67 million in cash. The recent private placement completed on August 8th contributed significantly to this growth, raising $558 million from over 110 institutional and crypto-native investors. The majority of these funds were allocated towards acquiring TON tokens, solidifying them as the company’s primary reserve asset. This strategy aims for the company to acquire more than 5% of TON’s circulating supply.
