U.S. Judge Unfreezes $57 Million Tied to Libra Token Scandal

A U.S. federal judge has unfrozen over $57 million in USDC funds linked to the controversial Libra token scandal. This decision came after a comprehensive review of the case by Judge Jennifer L. Rochon, who concluded that defendants Davis and Chow have demonstrably complied with court proceedings and pose no threat of manipulating or hiding these assets.
