Ethereum Soars Past Bitcoin as Institutional Investment Drives Price Surge

Ethereum has experienced significant upward movement compared to Bitcoin, fueled by substantial investments in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and rising interest from large financial institutions. According to research firm K33 Research, the ETH/BTC pair reached its highest point for the year, surpassing 0.037. This surge represents a whopping 70% increase for Ethereum over Bitcoin’s modest 9% growth. Since June, US spot Ethereum ETFs have attracted $9.4 billion in investment, while institutional holdings now exceed 2% of circulating Ethereum.
