Thumzup Acquires Dogehash Technologies in All-Stock Deal

Thumzup, a company co-owned by Donald Trump’s eldest son, has agreed to acquire Dogehash Technologies in a stock-for-stock merger. Following the deal, the combined entity will be named Dogehash Technologies Holdings, Inc., and its shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol XDOG. The transaction is expected to close by year’s end.
