Public Invited to Comment on GENIUS Act Stablecoin Rules

The US Department of Treasury is seeking public input on the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins (GENIUS) Act, a law aimed at combating illicit activity involving digital assets. This request follows the act’s signing by President Trump in July, and submissions are due on October 17th. 🎧 🗣️
