Amdax Launches Bitcoin-Focused Treasury Company on Euronext Amsterdam

Dutch cryptocurrency service provider Amdax is set to launch a dedicated Bitcoin treasury company, AMBTS B.V., with plans for listing on Amsterdam’s Euronext stock exchange. This move marks a growing trend in Europe as financial firms adopt Bitcoin into their corporate strategies, similar to what U.S. companies have been doing. AMBTS will operate independently and will aim to accumulate 1% of the global Bitcoin supply, representing a significant investment requiring over $24 billion at current prices above $115,800. The company plans to raise capital through initial public offerings (IPOs) to fuel its strategy for acquiring Bitcoin.
