Dutch cryptocurrency service provider AMDAX has unveiled a new venture focused on acquiring Bitcoin reserves: AMBTS B.V., with the ambitious goal of amassing a whopping 210,000 BTC. This move signifies a significant shift in the financial industry as established players increasingly seek to integrate digital assets into their portfolios. AMDAX, which holds an important regulatory position within the Dutch financial sector, aims to establish AMBTS B.V. as a bridge between traditional finance and the world of cryptocurrencies. 210,000 BTC represents approximately 1% of Bitcoin’s total supply. To fund this ambitious endeavor, AMDAX plans to launch an IPO on Euronext Amsterdam. This strategic step provides investors with a regulated and transparent pathway for exposure to substantial Bitcoin holdings.
