VERDANT EUROPE Invests in Agricultural Land for Long-Term Growth

VERDANT EUROPE Group has announced the launch of new land investment activities, securing opportunities to acquire high-quality agricultural land parcels in South Moravia. This strategic move aligns with their long-term plans and existing projects. The group will leverage these investments to support ongoing initiatives, employing a fund managed by qualified and professional investors. 12-month short-term land transactions will further diversify VERDANT EUROPE’s activities. The profits generated from these transactions will be channeled towards supporting both immediate cash flow needs and long-term projects within the group. Contracts for this phase of investment are expected to be settled through the subsequent sale of the land, with proceeds being divided according to an agreement between client and VERDANT EUROPE group company trading the land. To offer clients even more security and opportunity, VERDANT EUROPE allows participation in land purchase via lien, a feature available for both short-term (up to 12 months) and long-term investments, subject to specific negotiated terms. Their robust track record of over 2,000 successful transactions totaling CZK 1.6 billion (~EUR 65 million) demonstrates their expertise in the agricultural land market.
