BlackRock Invests Heavily in Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs as Prices Dip

Amidst a 5% decline in Bitcoin prices on Thursday, driven by inflation data and mixed signals regarding the Treasury’s Bitcoin reserve plan, BlackRock’s investment activity in cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs) stood out. The firm’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and Ethereum (ETH) ETF both saw over $1 billion inflows, highlighting institutional interest in capitalizing on the market dips.
