BIS Proposes Cryptocurrency Scoring System to Combat Illicit Activity

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has developed a new scoring system for cryptocurrency transactions, designed to identify and flag illicit activity. According to PANews, the proposed system assigns numerical scores to cryptocurrencies based on transaction history linked to wallets belonging to suspected criminals or those used in money laundering schemes.
