Do Kwon Pleads Guilty: $40B TerraUSD Collapse Explained

Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has admitted to two counts of fraud related to the collapse of TerraUSD and Luna, resulting in a staggering $40 billion loss. After previously pleading not guilty, he agreed to a plea deal that includes financial penalties of up to $19 million and a recommended sentence of 12 years in prison. The agreement was reached after Kwon entered his plea before Judge Paul Engelmayer in New York.
