CrediX Hackers Send $2.5 Million in Stolen Crypto to Tornado Cash

A recent hack on the decentralized lending protocol CrediX has sent ripples across the DeFi space, highlighting a persistent challenge with tracing illicit transactions. A hacker exploited the platform, stealing around $4.5 million worth of crypto. While half of the stolen funds were laundered through the notorious privacy tool Tornado Cash, some of the funds remain potentially trackable.
