Ethereum Breaks Through $4,000 Barrier After Seven Failed Attempts

After seven failed attempts to break the $4,000 mark since 2021, Ethereum has finally cleared this barrier. The cryptocurrency is currently trading at around $4,182 after hitting a high of $4,332.60 before pulling back near $4,211.48. Experts attribute the surge to significant growth in DeFi applications, substantial whale buying activity and the influx of capital from exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
