Rumble Targets Global AI Cloud Leadership Through All-Stock Deal for Northern Data

Video-sharing platform Rumble is exploring a potential all-stock acquisition of Northern Data, an AI and data center operator backed by Tether. This merger would create a global leader in AI cloud infrastructure, merging Rumble’s cloud expertise with Northern Data’s GPU-as-a-service platform Taiga and its large-scale data centers. The deal, subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals, could see Rumble acquire roughly 33% of the combined company.
