Bullish Upsizes IPO to $990M, Attracting Major Players like BlackRock & ARK

Global digital asset platform Bullish has significantly raised its Initial Public Offering (IPO) target to $990 million from the original $629 million. The company is now poised to offer 30 million shares at a price range of $32 to $33 each, up from an earlier plan to sell 20.3 million shares at $28 to $31 each, as per a recent SEC filing. This revised IPO valuation puts Bullish’s worth at approximately $4.82 billion, marking a significant increase from its previous estimate of $4.2 billion.
