My Big Coin Execs Ordered to Pay Nearly $26 Million in Fines for Crypto Scheme

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has imposed a substantial fine on the alleged operators of My Big Coin, totaling nearly $25.8 million. This comes after a Massachusetts federal court issued a default judgment against the company and its executives, Mark Gillespie and John Roche, for their roles in the failed crypto scheme.
