FSB Warns Crypto Ties to TradFi Near Critical Point

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) has issued a cautionary statement regarding the increasing integration of cryptocurrencies with traditional finance. Chair Klaas Knot has emphasized that while crypto currently poses no systemic threat, this situation might change in the near future. He suggests we are ‘approaching a tipping point’ due to these interlinkages.
