House Set to Vote on Amendment Protecting Blockchain Developers in Cryptocurrency Market Structure Bill

US House lawmakers are preparing for a markup hearing on Tuesday related to the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025, more commonly known as the CLARITY Act. The hearing will likely result in amendments to the bill, including a provision that could shield certain non-controlling blockchain developers from regulatory requirements under the act.
