Binance Compliance Chief Tigran Gambaryan Exits After Nigeria Charges Dropped

Tigran Gambaryan, Binance’s Head of Financial Crime Compliance, is leaving the exchange after eight months of detention in Nigeria related to money laundering allegations. Gambaryan was cleared of all charges in October 2024 and will officially be departing on June 6th. His departure comes as Binance faces ongoing regulatory challenges worldwide.
