South Korea is holding its 21st presidential election, with voters casting their ballots across the country. Polls opened at 6 am local time and will close at 8 pm, a total of 14 hours. As per the South Korean Central Election Management Committee, voter turnout stands at 68.7% as of 3 pm local time, with over 30 million people having already cast their votes. Experts anticipate preliminary results may be released around early morning on April 4th. The final count is expected to be finalized by 6 am local time on the same day.
