Coinbase Faces Class Action Over Data Breach and UK Regulatory Violation

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Coinbase, alleging that a data breach and the company’s subsequent UK regulatory violation caused significant stock price drops. The lawsuit claims damages for investors who purchased shares between April 2021 and May 2025.
