According to their latest 8-K filing, the company purchased a total of 455 bitcoins between May 13th and May 22nd, 2025, at an average cost of $109,801 per bitcoin. The current holding totals 4,264 bitcoins, with a total investment of $390 million and an average purchase price of $91,471 per bitcoin. This investment was fueled by proceeds from an ATM issuance plan, utilizing funds allocated for Bitcoin acquisition. A dedicated dashboard on Semler Scientific’s website now showcases key metrics such as the year-to-date Bitcoin yield, which stands at 25.8%. The funding for this acquisition came from a stock issuance agreement previously finalized with Barclays and five other investment banks.
