Binance Scores Partial Win in BSV Lawsuit: Investors Can’t Claim Lost Gains

A recent legal setback for investors involved in a $11.9 billion lawsuit against Binance and other crypto exchanges has emerged. The UK Court of Appeal denied the claimants’ claim for speculative damages, stating they could have mitigated their losses by selling BSV prior to or after the delisting.
