Binance Triumphs in BSV Lawsuit: UK Court Dismisses $11.9B Class-Action

A significant victory for cryptocurrency exchange Binance and its counterparts has emerged in the UK, where a class-action lawsuit against Binance concerning delistings of Bitcoin SV (BSV) has been partially dismissed. The UK Court of Appeal ruled that the investors failed to demonstrate how BSV’s potential profit could be attributed to their losses, effectively invalidating their claim.
