Dubai Establishes Regulatory Framework for Real-World Asset Tokenization

Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) has released updated guidelines for virtual asset service providers (VASPs), including new rules on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. These regulations offer clarity on RWA issuance and distribution, paving the way for a more realistic implementation of this promising technology in the region.
