FTX Payouts Begin: Small Claims to Receive Funds on May 30

Good news for FTX creditors! The long-awaited payout of funds to small claims holders will begin on May 30. This marks a significant step towards recovery from the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX in November 2022. A major milestone was reached with a specific group of creditors now set to receive payments. 120.5% recovery rate highlights this progress. The breakdown of how this works: Those with claims under $50,000 will receive payouts on May 30th. The FTX Debtors continue to work on the remaining distribution process for larger claims and will provide updates on that timeline soon.
