Crypto Regulation Stalemate Looms as 2029 Deadline Approaches

A looming regulatory stalemate in Congress threatens to delay much-needed changes for the US crypto industry, potentially pushing any reforms into 2029. Leading crypto lawyer John Deaton warns that if the GENIUS Act fails to pass, future legislative action on crypto regulation may be stalled until after the 2029 elections.
