Class Action Lawsuit Targets MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin Strategy

A class action lawsuit has been filed against MicroStrategy and its executives, including CEO Michael Saylor, CFO Phong Le, and executive Andrew Kang, by investor Anas Hamza on behalf of investors from April 30, 2024 to April 4, 2025. The lawsuit claims the company violated securities laws by misleading investors regarding its Bitcoin investment strategy and anticipated financial performance.
