Vitalik Buterin Pushes for More Accessible Ethereum Nodes

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin proposes changes to make running local nodes easier and more accessible, aiming to improve the network’s scalability and decentralization. His proposal focuses on lowering node requirements while increasing user participation. 10,051 active nodes currently serve the Ethereum network, but this number needs to expand to handle increased demand and DeFi activity.
