Singapore Court Approves Liquidation of Multichain After $210M Hack

Singapore’s High Court has authorized the liquidation of Multichain Foundation after a significant cryptocurrency hack last year. Sonic Labs, formerly known as Fantom Foundation, will now pursue court-appointed liquidators to recover funds lost in the attack. The decision was issued on May 9th by Justice Kwek Mean Luck and grants KPMG Singapore authority to act as joint liquidators.
