Mastercard and MoonPay Launch Stablecoin Payment Card Service for 150 Million Merchants

Mastercard has teamed up with cryptocurrency payments provider MoonPay to offer a stablecoin payment card service, accessible to 150 million merchants worldwide. This collaboration leverages the technology platform of Iron, a stablecoin payment company acquired by MoonPay in March. Transactions on this new service will automatically convert into fiat currency during checkout.
