eToro IPO Prices at $52, Aiming for Nasdaq Debut

eToro’s blockbuster Initial Public Offering (IPO) has achieved a premium listing price of $52 per share, exceeding initial projections and paving the way for its market debut on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 14. The company secured over $620 million in funding by selling almost 12 million shares, well above its original goal of $500 million with 10 million shares at a lower price range. This aggressive pricing comes after eToro’s earlier attempt to list through a SPAC deal that fell through in 2022 and market uncertainty caused by President Trump’s tariff announcements in April.
