India & Pakistan Negotiate Ceasefire Commitment in Military Talks

Military commanders from India and Pakistan held a phone conversation on May 12th evening to discuss their commitment to a ceasefire agreement. Both countries agreed to refrain from any hostile actions, including firing weapons. During the call, they also explored measures to reduce troop presence along their borders and frontline regions. However, neither the Indian nor Pakistani governments have issued an official statement regarding the talks as of now.
