Hut 8’s Bitcoin Subsidiary Goes Public on Nasdaq

Hut 8, a Canadian mining firm, is set to take its subsidiary, American Bitcoin, public through a merger with Gryphon Digital Mining on the Nasdaq exchange. The deal, anticipated to be completed in Q3 2025, will result in the formation of a new entity under the name ABTC. The combined company retains Hut 8’s management and board of directors, including Eric Trump, son of former US president Donald Trump.
