Galaxy Digital Receives SEC Nod for US Listing on Nasdaq

Galaxy Digital has been granted approval by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to relocate its headquarters to the United States, paving the way for a listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange. The company anticipates making this transition by mid-May, subject to approvals from both the Toronto Stock Exchange and shareholder vote at a special meeting scheduled for May 9.
