Ukraine Approves Draft Agreement for Mineral Rights Deal with U.S.

Ukraine’s parliament, specifically the Verkhovna Rada Foreign Policy Committee, has cleared a draft law outlining an agreement regarding mineral rights with the United States. This bill will be put to a full vote in the Verkhovna Rada on May 8th.
