Bitcoin Stuck at $98,000 as Altcoin Performance Wanes

Bitcoin’s price surged past the $98,000 mark over the weekend, marking a new multi-month high. However, short of surpassing the $100,000 threshold, it encountered resistance and subsequently retreated. Most altcoins have mirrored this trend, experiencing modest losses on Monday, led by notable declines in AVAX and PEPE. 3% downticks were witnessed for these tokens.
