SEC Closes Investigation of PayPal’s Stablecoin

PayPal has received good news regarding its stablecoin venture, PYUSD. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially closed its investigation into the company’s stablecoin and announced no enforcement action will be taken. This comes after the SEC issued a subpoena to PayPal in November 2023 requesting documents related to the stablecoin.
