BlackRock Unveils DLT Shares for Money Market Fund

BlackRock has filed to create digital shares based on one of its money market funds, leveraging blockchain technology to track share ownership transparently. The new shares will be linked to BlackRock’s BLF Treasury Trust Fund (TTTXX), available exclusively through BlackRock Advisors and The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY). This move marks a significant step forward in digitalizing the traditional fund structure.
